Beaches & Cream Will Close for Refurbishment
Beaches & Cream Will Close for Refurbishment from August 6 through the end of 2019. This information has been provided by Disney Dining and they have stated that the window will be open during the closure. Guests will not be able to make sit down dining reservations during this time and will be restricted in which menu items are available.
Beaches & Cream is located at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. It is known famously known for its milkshakes and Famous Kitchen Sink which consists of 8 scoops of ice cream, every topping in the place and an entire can of whipped cream. It is for the single over-achieved or an entire group to share.
This refurbishment will have the restaurant closed for 5 months or more in total which has us asking one question. What do they intend to do during that time? Due to limited seating, Beaches & Cream has long had challenges of getting a table inside which frustrates unlucky patrons. I for one am hoping the refurb includes a seating expansion. I would love to see it increase its overall size to better accommodate its popularity.
