Fried Chicken and Waffles for Breakfast! Yes Please! Where, you ask? It’s the House of Blues Gospel Brunch in Disney Springs.
If you are looking for great food and a truly unique and moving and/or spiritual dining experience, this is the place for you. Brunch isavailable only twice each Sunday at 10:30 and 1 pm. Be sure to arrive on time. When you arrive you will be shown to your seat so you can begin sampling the breakfast and lunch items on the buffet. The menu includes some typical brunch foods including eggs, pastries, bread, cheeses, meats & more. Oh, and bacon! Thick juicy bacon! Some of the best bacon on property. Other items include carving station with ham and prime rib, chilled prawns, jambalaya, smoked catfish, biscuits and gravy! A true south menu.
After you eat, the music begins. The multi-piece gospel choirs perform soulful music to set the mood. Music varies from smooth jazz to gospel classics. Bands change weekly and no experience is ever the same. Brunch space is limited and reserved seating. Buy your Gospel Brunch tickets today! I highly recommend it.
