New Disneyland Hotel ?

The Annabella Hotel, neighbor to Disneyland in Anaheim is closing. The building will be demolished to make room for a new 4 diamond hotel. The other two are Disney’s Grand California Hotel and The Disneyland Hotel. It will be the third hotel of its caliber in Anaheim. The $220 million project will create 634 rooms with meeting room, pool and spa. Is A New Disneyland Hotel coming? Is Disney behind the new plans for this hotel? The location is perfect. The lot sits across the southern street outside of California Adventure Park and adjacent to Downtown Disney. Would Disney allow someone else buy this site when it became available for purchase? Time will tell. Disney has a history of developing in secret. This new Hotel plans to open in 2020.
