Shark’s Underwater Grill is an upscale, full-service dining experience located in the heart of SeaWorld Orlando. In my honest opinion, this is the best restaurant at SeaWorld Orlando. You don’t have to take my word for it though, Shark’s Underwater Grill is Winner of the 2013 Silver Spoon Award from ‘Orlando Life Magazine’ and receives outstanding ratings from the Zagat 2014 Orlando Restaurant Survey. We had the good fortune of dining here for our anniversary dinner. We really enjoyed both the food and the ambiance. The service was top notch. Our every need was anticipated and our drinks never emptied!

Its all about the food!

Start your meal off with some drunken mussels or Shark’s Signature Salad before choosing your favorite entree. Choose entree’s from the Land, the Ocean or the Garden to fit your preference. I strongly encourage the fresh banquet options from the ocean! My Husband and I could not decide on just one. We made our own surf and turf by combining the Shark’s Signature catch grilled swordfish and a perfectly cooked 8oz Filet Mignon to share. What’s an Underwater Grill without Sharks!

Shark! No, I’m not quoting Roy Scheider (Chief Martin Brody), I am talking about the view from inside Shark’s Underwater Grill of the Shark Encounter Aquarium! That’s right, the dining room is positioned in an auditorium style so that every table has a view of the huge shark tank while dining! I recommend making reservations 6 months in advance. It does book up very quickly, Be sure to go next door for more shark encounters either before or after your meal.
