When you are staying at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge you want to make sure that, you have all the comforts and amenities of home. If you are looking for a chance to get outside and have a little fun, the Sports Complex is right for you. Just a short walk across the street from the Kidani Village.

Nestled under a thatched roof gazebo is four picnic tables. In the corners of the gazebo are four barbeques for you to use. Giving you a perfect opportunity to take a break from the Rich African flare and have some good ol’ American cooking of hot dogs or hamburgers (or whatever you plan to BBQ) After you eat, or before make you take time to enjoy the Sport’s Complex.

Next to the picnic area is the courts area. There are two shuffleboard courts, two tennis courts, and a basketball court complete with hopscotch board. You are able to bring your own equipment or you can borrow some from the Community Hall located inside Kidani Village. Professional Tennis lessons are available (for an additional fee) by making reservations by calling (321) 228-1146. Whether you are playing just for fun, or to find out who is buying ice cream after the game everyone is sure to have a good time at the Sports Complex.
